Upon arrival in the Wadi Rum Village you will be introduced to your guide and camels. Your guide will show you how to mount your camel and how to comfortably ride it through the desert. Our first stop will be at Lawrence Spring, from where we continue to Wadi Rum Ishrin to see the sand dunes. We will then continue to the Anfasheih area, where we will stop to examine rock paintings from the Nabataean era (300 BC). We will then take you to a shady area for lunch and Bedouin tea, and rest/allow you to explore independently for two hours.
After lunch, we continue to Lawrence’s House, and on to Burrah Canyon. From there we will head back to the camp where we will have a traditional Bedouin style dinner by the campfire and spend the night in comfortable cliff side tents. I will also be able to tell you about the life of the Bedouin here in Wadi Rum.
After a hearty breakfast we will drive you by jeep back to Rum Village at 8am to continue your journey.
